Product Returns
At Healthy Haniel, we are committed to providing our customers with premium health products that meet stringent quality assurance standards, as outlined by the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration. All Healthy Haniel products are thoroughly tested and are in perfect condition when dispatched from our warehouse.
Please be aware that once an order is placed through the Healthy Haniel website, the responsibility for the products passes to the recipient upon delivery. Due to our strict quality assurance protocols and to ensure the safety and integrity of our products, we adhere to a "No Return Basis" policy. This means that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for products purchased online, except under specific circumstances.
Products can be returned or exchanged only in the following situations:

Damaged in Transit: If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately.

Incorrectly Shipped: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Faulty Product: In the rare event that a product is defective, we will provide an exchange or refund as appropriate.
For health and safety reasons, and to prevent any risk of tampering, we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

Opened or Tampered Products: Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original, resalable condition cannot be returned.
